We don’t ever want you and your ohana to go without dental care because of financial concerns. Our goal is to provide you with the convenient payment options you need to maintain a healthy smile.
If you ever have a concern about covering the cost of your dental care, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. Our knowledgeable Insurance/Financial Coordinators will work with you to ensure that you get the care you need without stress and worry.
We will be happy to bill all insurances for our patients, including AARP, Aflac, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and many others.
We are currently participating providers, in-network, with the insurance providers listed below:
GEHA Connection Dental
HDS (Hawaii Dental Service)
HMSA (Hawaii Medical Service Association)
HMAA (Hawaii Medical Assurance Association)
MetLife TRICARE PROGRAM
United Concordia for Active Duty Members (ADDP)
If you would like to know how much insurance is estimated to pay before any services are completed, we can check online or file for preauthorization before any treatment is completed in the office. Since we don't have contracted fees with insurance companies we are out of network with, you are responsible for the difference in balance between insurance fees and our private fees.
CareCredit offers a way for you to get the dental care you need now and then pay off the balance in manageable monthly installments. You can decide on a monthly amount that fits your budget, and interest-free options are available.
CareCredit is great for dental care, but it can also be used for other health, wellness, and beauty expenses like hearing care, Lasik, cosmetic procedures, and even veterinary costs! Applying is easy at our office or at CareCredit.com.
In-Office Payment Plans
We are also pleased to offer in-office payment plans for your convenience. Our “Easy-Pay” plan allows you to pay your balance in monthly installments that we automatically bill each month using your credit/debit card on file at our office.
Our monthly Prepayment Plan allows you to build up credits at our office that can be used to pay for future oral healthcare.
Other Forms of Payment
Copayment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club International.
